ISTDP

Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy

A powerful, evidence-based that helps you get to the emotional root of what’s keeping you stuck.

Rather than just talking about your struggles, you’ll learn to drop down into your body and actually feel your feelings.

Together, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface - making space for healing where it’s most needed. It’s deep, active work that supports lasting change.

What to Expect & How It Can Support Relational Trauma & Anxiety

ISTDP sessions are collaborative, present-focused, and emotionally attuned. Together, we gently slow down and tune into your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations in real time. I’ll help you notice protective patterns, identify what’s underneath them, and guide you toward experiencing your core emotions in a safe, grounded way. Sessions can be intense, but they’re always paced with care—meeting you exactly where you are, with curiosity and compassion.

Anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges often come from old wounds - experiences where our feelings didn’t have room to be seen or felt. ISTDP helps untangle those patterns by creating a safe, attuned space to feel what’s been held inside. With care and intention, we work together to reconnect you with your inner strength and emotional clarity.

Who is ISTDP For?

It’s especially helpful for those who feel things deeply, have a hard time setting boundaries, or struggle with self-doubt in relationships. If you’ve tried other therapies but still feel like something hasn’t quite clicked, ISTDP may be the path for you if you’re looking for an approach that honors your emotional experience by digging deeper.
