Warm & Transparent Mental Health Support

Services

Individual Adults

Time to make time for you. Therapy can be all about re-grounding: who do I want to be? what do I want? what do I need? If you’re in survival mode, anxiety could be getting in the way of you answering those questions with clarity & confidence. We can work together to un-fog the path toward unfiltered self knowing, build a healthy relationship with anxiety (I know, what?), so you can show up for your life.

Older Teens & Young Adults

Pressures of life are laid on thicker than ever for high-schoolers & college-goers . It can be tough to find balance when so many things feel outside of your control.. then anxiety becomes a main character. The process of finding new ways to care for yourself (& your roots) as you navigate life’s budding challenges doesn’t need to happen alone. If you’re looking for someone to hear you out and respond honestly, I’m here for it.

Couples

Relationship dynamics are beautifully complex. And we can learn so much about ourselves and our partners by dancing out our dynamics in healthy ways (or struggle through the opposite). If you’re feeling stuck or tangled in unhealthy dynamics, we can tango on by re-learning steps from each other’s roots that help support growth as a pair.

Together but stuck/disconnected? Dating & looking to strengthen the foundation? Let’s talk about it.

Pro tip: Rarely do problems in a relationship get better on their own. You might as well ask the ingredients in your pantry to bake themselves into a cake.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visitwww.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 368-1019.
